Enterprise to Enterprise v2

A couple of years ago we announced our first release of Enterprise to Enterprise functionality – a new way for our clients to deliver leads to other Convertr client systems.

As many Publishers use Convertr to capture, format and manage their leads, it was a natural step for us to build this out into a more automated fulfilment route to existing Convertr clients.

However, one of the limitations of this feature was that it was a one-way transaction. If the campaign requirements changed, the sending enterprise wouldn’t be any the wiser until they got their daily report – so it still required a bit of manual intervention.

After a complete overhaul the way we handle the E2E integration, we’re excited to share our full Enterprise to Enterprise Synchronisation. Lead status’ are now automatically transferred back to the sending enterprise to complete a real-time feedback loop. If a lead failed any of the Processr jobs on the receiving side, the sender will be informed right away and automatically update the status of that record.

We’ve also made some useful user experience enhancements to help pre-populate form data from the receiving enterprise as well as choosing your associated forms and links.
