Keeping Your Personal Information Secure

Convertr is ISO 27001 Certified and takes appropriate organisational and technical measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and protect the information we collect online. We use state of the art technology for processing and storing data, and data transfers, including encryption and access control. Your personal data is processed with confidentiality and integrity.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

We begin collecting information about you upon initial registration and store this information on our Secure Server to process your requests. The Secure Server encrypts all of your personal information, to ensure that the information you give us is protected against unauthorised access.

Please keep your Convertr password safe and do not share it with others. If you forget your password please contact us and we will provide a secure ‘Password Reset' link to the email address you provided during registration.



With Whom We Share Your Personal Information

Convertr does not sell personal data. However, we may also disclose your Information to third parties.

  • In order to verify your details and enrich your data.
  • Third parties who provide services on behalf of Convertr, for example administrative services

Our contract with them will not allow them to use your information for anything other than the fulfilment of our contract with you.

We may also use or permit selected third parties to use your Information to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you in accordance with any permissions granted by you when registering or ordering Products on our Website.
