Collect and approve publisher landing pages in Convertr to reduce manual work and launch campaigns more efficiently.
Setting up campaigns with multiple assets across multiple publishers can quickly snowball into a mess of time-consuming micromanagement. Doing so via email (and tracking in spreadsheets) can lead to endless back and forth that quickly gets disorganized. This can lead to poor brand alignment and even compliance issues if details are lost in the commotion. In-platform publisher asset approval centralises and streamlines that process.
The new Asset QA functionality introduces a dedicated Assets section to the platform providing centralised landing page collection, review, approval and communications. It’s built for enterprise teams who want to remove friction, reduce risk, and stay in control. This is a typical workflow:
At a high level, publishers can quickly upload assets for review at the publisher band level with a simple copy/paste of URLs. You can then review each submitted link with the option to approve or reject the asset. Plus, the addition of two-way messaging enables everyone to provide context on approval status and chase updates all within the platform.
The Asset QA function is already available — check out the support documentation here for more information and contact your CSM to add it to your account now.
