The first endpoint in our new customer-facing API enables you to trigger campaign creation from your internal systems.
If you’re standing up multiple campaigns per quarter across multiple internal tools, you already know how monotonous, time consuming, and error prone it can be. Details get lost, inconsistencies arise, and busywork clogs up your schedule. These challenges inspired the first step in a broader project here at Convertr – a customer-facing API that enables the automation of campaign creation and management at scale.
At a high level, the new campaign duplication API allows you to use actions in other internal systems to create new Convertr campaigns automatically. This allows you to skip labour-intensive setup steps like QA job configuration, integrations, adding assets, assigning publishers, and more.
The new endpoint can receive an API call that duplicates an existing Convertr campaign while filling pertinent information from the originating system. You can also choose to include publisher assignments, assets, and more. The duplicated campaign will require just a few final adjustments and then it’ll be ready to set live.
This endpoint is just the first step in our long term endeavor to make Convertr more API-friendly and to enable sophisticated automation that saves you time and lets you focus on the big picture over tiny details.
The Campaign Duplication API is available to all customers now. Contact your CSM to enable it for your account.
