The Opportunity:

Convertr is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to help ensure Convertr’s Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams understand what’s launching, why it matters, and how to confidently communicate it.

You won’t need to be the subject matter expert—but you will be the person who ensures training happens, content lands, and teams are set up to succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing leadership to support internal training, documentation, and communications that keep teams informed and effective.

This is an ideal role for someone with a background in internal communications, training, and sales/customer success enablement who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and wants to grow into a broader GTM or enablement leadership role over time.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Internal Enablement & Training Execution

  • Create and maintain internal Confluence pages for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to facilitate internal communication and file sharing
  • Own and maintain internal enablement workflows that prepare Sales, Customer Success, and Support for product launches, pricing updates, and process changes
  • Create clear, engaging enablement training plans on content (e.g., talk tracks, objection-handling guides, FAQs, cheat sheets, process walkthroughs) created by the Product Marketing Manager.
  • Translate product and marketing updates into messaging that’s actionable, digestible, and aligned to team goals
  • Track training participation, gather feedback, and surface enablement gaps and opportunities

Systems & Process Enablement

  • Support onboarding and continuous education on internal tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Confluence, and Zendesk
  • Partner with functional leads to train on best practices in pipeline management, opportunity hygiene, and process adoption
  • Create and maintain systems training materials (e.g., Looms, help articles, guided walkthroughs) that boost tool utilization and efficiency

Live & Asynchronous Learning

  • Assist with the facilitation of live trainings and workshops (e.g., Zoom sessions, team meetings)
  • Support asynchronous learning through self-serve materials embedded in Confluence
  • Help manage logistics and content for company-wide meetings such as Friday Forums

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Product teams to build internal readiness around major launches
  • Tailor enablement content to specific roles across the GTM organization (e.g., AEs, CSMs, Support agents)
  • Help develop internal feedback loops to bring frontline insights back to Product and Marketing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in training, internal communications, or education
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand content
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; you’re comfortable managing calendars, tools, and small projects
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Loom, and learning new platforms (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Zendesk)
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to work cross-functionally across multiple timezones
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, GTM teams, or enablement is a plus — but not required

Working with us means:

  • You will join a high-growth, fast-moving company working with global enterprise brands and enjoying every moment with friendly, supportive teammates around the globe. Additional benefits include:
  • 25 vacation days plus an extra day off for your birthday!
  • Eligible for EMI Stock options after your first 12 months of employment
  • Professional support with career development opportunities
  • Free 24/7 wellbeing support
  • Fully remote with a choose-your-own remote working kit
  • Regular team get-togethers and social events
  • Excellent healthcare coverage and 401(k) plans are available

Convertr is ISO270001 certified, which means we hold a certificate on our internal standards on information security, which we are audited on annually. Therefore, compliance and policies are key to the running of Convertr, and we need to ensure that the team complies with the security standards at all times. You will receive annual training on data compliance, GDPR, and data handling, as well as regular internal meetings throughout the year to highlight the importance of compliance within our day-to-day workflows.

It is company policy that all applicants must be able to provide documentary evidence of their right-to-work status at the interview stage.
